- Kitchen counters, backsplash, and sink polished
- Appliance exteriors wiped, fronts streak-free
- Bathrooms cleaned and disinfected top to bottom
- Glass, mirrors, and fixtures left shining
- All floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped
- Dusting including sills, baseboards, and ledges
- Beds made, linens straightened
- Towels folded and hung the way you like them
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
- Common areas tidied and reset
- Cobwebs and corners checked
- A final walk-through before I lock up

Every home is different, so I price yours after I've walked it. These are the ranges most homes fall into.
Recurring
Every week or two
$145 / visit and up
Most homes settle here. The more often I'm there, the less each visit takes — and the better I know your house.
Monthly
Once a month
$185 / visit and up
A full reset every four weeks. Good for homes that stay fairly tidy between visits.
One time
Deep clean
$325 and up
Everything in a standard clean, plus the things that don't get done often — inside the oven, behind the fridge, baseboards by hand.
Prices reflect a typical 3-bedroom home. Larger homes, heavy pet hair, and first-time cleans may be more — you'll know the exact number before I start.
